Job Description:

Title: Lead Cloud Developer (AWS Step Function & Lambda)

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract

Max Rate: $65-68/hr on C2C

Experience: 12+ years

Must Have Skills:

• AWS lambda, Step Functions – Have to be hands-on - Mandatory
• Event driven architecture – Have to be hands-on - Mandatory
• Terraform – Good exposure needed - Mandatory
• Core Java – background of Java development - Mandatory
• Knowing Golang is a great advantage for the role.
• Consulting Company Experience – Highly Preferred

Requirements:

• Responsible for design, build and testing of cloud-based applications.
• Lead technical team with strong experience with both Cloud and non-Cloud based technologies.
• Strong hands-on design experience and solutioning for Cloud-based applications, that are event-based real-time processing systems that are lean with effective processing timelines.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cloud-based development with strong AWS Cloud based technical experience and expertise.
• Must have Strong Cloud Development experience with Cloud-first thinking and on-the-job experience working with AWS Cloud Services - API Gateway, Lambda, Step functions, Event Bridge, EC2, S3, AWS RDS, ECS, Route53, KMS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, VPC, EKS, and other AWS Services.
• Must have strong experience with Service Oriented Architecture (event-driven SOA, Web Services, REST, ESB)
• Must have strong experience using Relational (Oracle) and NoSQL( Mongo DB, Neo4J) Database.
• Preference for good in-depth experience with Terraform(IaC)
