Now #Hiring: Epic Certified Business Intelligence Developer/Clarity

HQ Location: MD (Hybrid, Onsite at least 3 days per wk)

• We have partnered with a healthcare organization that is looking to hire an EMR professional who is Epic Certified (valid & up to date, not expired) and has a minimum level of 6 yrs of directly, related Epic EMR/EHR configuration/support experience in Epic Clarity on the clinical side.
• Min 6 yrs of Experience working with business intelligence and analytics, including data discovery/visualization applications, hardware/software configuration, databases, and data access/programming tools.
• At least 6 yrs of hands-on experience with business intelligence and statistical programming/analysis tools (e.g., Business Objects, Tableau, Olik, R, or similar applications). SAP experience preferred as well as proficiency in one computer programming language (e.g., C, C++, Java, Perl, etc.)
• Epic Certification in Clarity (Clinical app: Inpatient, OpTime, Willow, ASAP, etc.) is required.
• Experience with either Tableau and/or Business Objects required.
• Experience with either Python and/or JavaScript required.
• Requirement: Developer should also include experience in Tableau and/or Power BI Dashboard development, R and/or Python scripting in addition to report development and Epic (Radar dashboards, RWB, Slicer Dicer
• Knowledgeable about database design, problem analysis, and relational database concepts.
• Skilled in developing applications using PL/SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Familiarity with HL7 interfaces and ETL processes desired.
• Prior experience with one or more of the following transaction systems (Epic, McKesson, Lawson) preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare and with clinical claims data preferred.
• Degree preferred.
