Looking for Only W2 candidate (EADs /USC/GC).

• The candidate must have cost analysis experience.

Detailed Description of Responsibilities:

• Detailed evaluation of contractor quotations for change orders (unit prices, take offs, etc).
• Update of budget tracking tools based on change orders and identify/report budget concerns.
• Monthly Journal Corrections/Accruals by project budgets.
• Monthly and YTD cost Reporting by project budgets.
• Creation of monthly cost reports should be able to do cost analysis.
• Review Invoicing and ensure timely payments.
• Support cash flow management and report status.
• Support purchase order requisitions.

Required Qualifications

• Level of experience- 5-10 years as a cost and financial analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Adobe.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred) or BlueBeam (acceptable).
• Experience in the construction field. (Required)

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of RSMeans.
• Scheduling Experience.
