Technical Skills:

• Manage IAM issue lifecycle process requirements
• Draft control evidence packages for design and performance testing
• Draft issue closure packages that clearly articulate remediation work complete and risk reduction achieved
• Ensuring holistic solutioning across programs
• Defining and driving remediation activities aligned to success criteria
• Facilitating cadences to drive impeding resolution and decisioning

Technology:

• MS Project (expert)
• MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• Oracle Identity & Access Manager

Should have been in the role of Program Manager.

• Education qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience.

Certifications Needed:

Certificates in relevant fields are added advantage.
