Insight Global is looking for a sharp Help Desk Technician I to join a growing managed serviced client working remotely, with the managing team being located in Baltimore.
In this role, the Helpdesk Technician will remote into client desktops to solve various ad hoc issues in a Microsoft environment. To be successful, it is imperative for this individual to have prior remote work experience in a helpdesk role, have strong Microsoft Active Directory experience, and feel comfortable with the entire MO365 portfolio.
Required skills and experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a Helpdesk Technician in a Windows environment
- Experience troubleshooting M365 and Active Directory
- Experience with cloud and security
- Ability to successfully work remotely
This is a 9 month contract-to-hire role with competitive compensation and benefits.
