Our client, an award-winning global manufacturer in the transportation and climate control industries, is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement to work closely with the VP of Operational Excellence to develop, and drive the CI, and Sustainability Vision for the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (preferred)
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt and/or Lean Certification
• 5+ years experience in a Lean manufacturing environment
• Ability to travel (~40% of time) within US, and Mexico
