Job Title: Brand Partnership Manager

Location: New York, USA


We are currently seeking a Brand Partnership Manager to join our new offices based in New York City.


As the Brand Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy aimed at relevant organisations, influencers, celebrities, and key opinion leaders.


The goal of this role is to enhance brand visibility, drive organic social media interactions, and build long-term relationships with high-profile individuals. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the influencer landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and a creative mindset for identifying impactful opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to grow brand awareness and market reach.
  • Identify and prioritise potential influencers, celebrities, and high-profile individuals who can effectively represent the brand.
  • Design and implement a gifting program that aligns with brand objectives, seasonal campaigns, and product launches and brand milestones.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring a seamless communication flow.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships to ensure objectives are met. Providing regular reports on the success and ROI of partnerships, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead the negotiation of partnership agreements, ensuring terms are clear and mutually beneficial. Ensuring legal and financial aspects of contracts are appropriately managed.
  • Stay updated on trends within the influencer and celebrity landscape, including popular figures, trending gifting ideas, and new platforms.
  • Actively attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the brand and foster new relationships


Requirements

  • Qualification/ Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or a related role, with a focus on gifting programs.
  • Proven track record of executing successful influencer and celebrity gifting campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Highly creative with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Established network of influencer and celebrity contacts.
  • Experience in luxury brands or high-end consumer goods.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.


Salary $90,000-$100,000
