Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and execution of innovative social media and marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights to optimize campaigns and engagement.
- Work closely with the social media team to create compelling multimedia content that resonates with our audience.
- Contribute ideas in creative brainstorming sessions to develop fresh and engaging social media content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and build relationships with influencers and strategic brand partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, applying insights to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Support audience engagement across social media platforms (DMs, comments, mentions, tags) to foster community interaction.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss brand initiatives, report progress, and collaborate on upcoming tasks.
- Continuously monitor competitor marketing strategies and campaigns to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via social media, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team member when needed.
- Represent the brand at field events, engaging with attendees, promoting the brand, and supporting event-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of trending social media features and growth strategies.
- Social media marketing and content creation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and execute effective social media marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable in front of the camera and able to engage a real-time audience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in the health and wellness industry and TikTok Shop is a plus.
