The Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and the efficient management of accounting operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting department, including mentoring and supervising staff
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
• Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial transactions
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and financial analysis for senior management
