If you have experience as a Financial Advisor, Private Client Advisor, or Wealth Advisor, this opportunity could be for you. It is an opportunity to enter a referral network from multiple bank branches with local lead flow for growth. You must have a Series 7, 66 (63 and 65), and an insurance license.

What You'll Be Do ing:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of licensed bankers as you all work toward success together.
  • Handle a group of clients with unique and complex financial needs—think of it like being a financial superhero!
  • Sell a range of investment products and smash your sales targets.
  • Design fun and practical coaching sessions to train your team on investment strategies and solutions.
  • Meet clients (sometimes solo, sometimes with a teammate) to understand their goals and help them achieve their financial dreams.
  • Be a trusted presence at the bank, building solid and genuine relationships with customers and teammates.


You’re in charge of following the rules, always doing the right thing for your clients and colleagues, and ensuring every action leads to a great customer experience!


A Day in the Life:

  • Hit your sales goals while always putting clients first.
  • Coach and train your fellow bank employees through fun and engaging individual or group sessions.
  • Meet with clients to review their accounts and close deals, sometimes teaming up with another banker.
  • Handle client requests, prioritize tasks, and keep things running smoothly by delegating where needed.
  • Stay in touch with clients to keep relationships strong and encourage referrals.
  • Plan your sales strategy and guide your team to achieve excellent results.
  • Stay up-to-date on financial products and trends to stay ahead of the game.
  • Track your sales with internal reports and share progress with the team.
  • Coordinate with your team daily to make sure everyone’s on track.
  • Host seminars to grow your business and reach new clients.
  • Introduce clients to other beneficial services, like loans and estate planning.
  • Be a mentor to your team—get them pumped and ready to achieve great things.
  • Set goals, guide progress, and celebrate every achievement!


What You Need to Bring:

  • Previous experience in the brokerage industry.
  • Licenses: Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65), plus insurance licenses (some exceptions for Michigan and Ohio). A Variable Annuity license is also a must.
  • Love a challenge? Great—you’re motivated by commission sales, recognition programs, and friendly competition.
  • You're a natural motivator, inspiring your team to do their best.
  • Got a knack for breaking down complex products? Perfect—you’ll be explaining financial concepts in simple terms.
  • You know how to build client relationships.
  • You’re a pro at sales and giving presentations.
  • You’ll need to be comfortable traveling in your area.
