Private Credit Fund based in NYC in search of an Investor Relations Associate.

-Total comp can be in the range of 200-300k and potentially more dependent on experience.

Position Description

• Support all aspects of fundraising and investor relations

• Communicate firm's strategy and differentiators through various investor materials including DDQs, RFPs, data requests, etc.

• Exposure to existing and prospective investor base

Responsibilities

• Prepare/update investor materials including marketing presentation, DDQ, PPM, quarterly investor reports, etc.

• Respond to investor diligence requests including DDQs, RFPs, portfolio data requests, etc.

• Coordinate across internal teams (including investment, accounting, and compliance) in the preparation of investor materials and requests

• Assist with investor outreach and conduct research on investor activities and trends to support the fundraising process

• Work with the fund administrator and legal counsel to process subscription documents, investor transfers, and other capital activity

• Coordinate, manage, and track investor meetings, including assisting in planning roadshows and annual meetings

• Maintain and update CRM system

Candidate Profile

• 4-8+ years of relevant experience, which may include investment management, investment consulting, or capital introductions

• Knowledge of credit/direct lending a plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillset is crucial; Intralinks and CRM experience a plus

• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills

• Strong work ethic with ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines
