POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet with existing clients to develop advisory plans and provide explanations of investment strategies
Handle strategic client questions directly and help decision making for specific client scenarios
Effectively communicate with the team, prioritizing time-sensitive tasks
Monitor multiple systems to ensure a successful, compliant, and service-orientated client experience
Monitor and review clients' investment portfolios, making adjustments as necessary to align with clients’ goals and market conditions.
Educate clients about financial options and strategies, helping them make informed decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, financial plans, and recommendations.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
5 – 15 years experience in wealth management or related field
Fully securities licensed with Series 7, 66 (or 6 and 63), and SIE
Life, Accident & Health insurance licensed
CFP® designation preferred, or willingness to obtain it
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in handling detailed work with high level of focus
Strong organizational & time management skills with ability to set priorities & meet deadlines
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Efficient communicator with both clients and team members
