Position Overview:

As a Restructuring Associate, you will play a critical role in assisting clients navigate complex financial situations. You will work closely with senior team members on projects that involve financial analysis, strategic planning, and the development of restructuring proposals. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to deepen their expertise in restructuring and insolvency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to assess the performance and viability of distressed companies.
  • Assist in the development and execution of restructuring strategies, including financial reorganization, operational improvement, and turnaround strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal teams and clients outlining findings and strategic recommendations.
  • Perform due diligence processes, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and assessment of management capabilities.
  • Contribute to client meetings, provide insight and support to senior colleagues in client relationship management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields, with a focus on restructuring preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
