They have been around for 30+ years and specialize in complex transactions from restructuring, turnaround, and advisory services. They take pride in being hands-on with their clients and supporting them throughout the entire process. They are a group of seasoned veterans in the space that value work life balance while committing to their clients to the fullest.
They are currently looking for two professionals with at least 7+ years of experience to join their team in the Bay area or Los Angeles.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with restructuring and/or turnaround, ideally with bankruptcy experience
- Financial analysis and business evaluations
- Have worked closely with clients from start to finish on comprehensive business plans
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced certificate (CFA, CPA) is a plus
