I am looking for ambitious individuals to join our Dallas office. Strong applicants will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a history of personal success, and a demonstrated interest in business, finance, sales, or entrepreneurship.


Financial Advisors provide guidance and solutions for the planning needs of individuals and businesses in the areas of retirement distribution planning, insurance services, and investment management. They strive to understand their clients' goals in order to develop comprehensive financial solutions that will help their clients reach financial success. Financial Representatives are given the flexibility to build their own book of business while receiving support from our firm’s exceptional network of financial and sales specialists, training and educational programs, and mentoring opportunities.

· Meeting with clients and prospective clients to determine strategies that best fit their financial goals

· Networking for new clients

· Building financial plans

· Making calls to prospective clients

· Spending time managing & nurturing existing clientele


Income:


This is an entrepreneurial career that is revenue based. Below are the current income averages advisors typically see:


· Years 1-5: $50,000 - $200,000

· Years 5-10: $200,000 - $500,000

· Years 10-15: $500,000 - $750,000

· Years 15+ : $750,000 +
