Position: Bartender Support

We’re seeking Bartender Support staff who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking and maintains clear, effective communication with the lead bartender to ensure seamless service. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of the bar by anticipating needs and supporting the team in delivering exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Stock and prep bar stations to support bartenders during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all bar areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality while managing high-volume service.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food, beverage, and menu offerings.

Qualifications:

• Experience in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
• A proactive, resourceful attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Weekend availability required. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Passion for hospitality and exploring DC’s vibrant food and drink scene.
