• Skillset: General, OB-GYN, Urology, ENT, Ortho and PACU
• Trauma Level III
• EMR Used: McKesson

NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
RATE WILL BE ADJUSTED FOR "LOCAL" TRAVELERS (10% reduction from posted rate). PERM ADDRESS MUST BE UPLOADED WITH PROFILE.

Call-back, Holiday and OT multipliers: 1.25%
Call: 4/hr
Requirement description :

• Minimum 2 years current OR/Surgicenter experience - Required
• Travel experience - Required

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Nursys, ACLS, BLS, PACU recovery experience - Facility will not pend license/certs)

• ACLS
• BLS

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• New Hampshire

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH or Compact RN license MUST be in-hand at upload!
Weekend Requirements : Every 5th weekend Friday to Monday for call
On Call Requirements : One -two times per week depending on need Shift is 0630 to 1700 and every 5th weekend Friday to Monday
