Your Role as a Pediatric LPN

As a Pediatric LPN, you will enjoy autonomy in your practice, empowered to make a difference in your clients' lives. Your Director of Nursing is always just a call away, providing 24/7 support and resources.

A Day in Your Life

Every day is a new adventure. You’ll start your day with a warm greeting from your client, who may be non-verbal but expresses joy in your presence. You'll assist with breakfast, personal care, and medication administration, while engaging in meaningful activities like exploring nature or reading stories together. You will also complete electronic documentation to keep care organized and efficient. Your day will feel less like work and more like family time.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide attentive nursing care to your assigned client in a home setting
• Follow direction from the clinical team under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Implement and adhere to the individualized plan of care
• Abide by all clinical and office policies

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• PPD or Chest X-Ray verification
• Current BLS CPR certification (in-person training required)
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with G-tube, trach, and vent care, or willingness to learn
