Demonstrates/uses current knowledge of principles and practices of Physical Therapy. Participates in job related departmental functions as an integral member of the patient care team.nnMinimum:nnMinimum of one year experience as a physical therapist in physical disabilities setting preferably in acute care or acute rehab OR completion of six to nine months internship in an acute care or acute rehab required.nnDoctorate Masters or Baccalaureate Degree from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Physical Therapy Assoiciation or its equivalent required.nnCT CPRBLS;LIC PT required.nnCurrent BLS certification required.nnCurrent and valid physical therapy license according to the laws of the State of California required.nnCCS paneling for pediatric care (only if they are treating pediatric patients) required.nnPreferred:nnCCS preferred.nnKnowledge of physical therapy theory treatment and evaluation in areas of neurology is recommended.nnQualificationsnnMinimum of one year experience as a physical therapist in physical disabilities setting preferably in acute care or acute rehab OR completion of six to nine months internship in an acute care or acute rehab required.
