If you’re looking to make a meaningful difference in students' lives while working in a collaborative and supportive school environment, this is your chance!nnPosition Overview:nnSchedule: Full-time, Monday–FridaynnDuration: March 3rd, 2025 – end of the school year (around May 30th, 2025, pending snow days/emergency days)nnWork Setting: Elementary SchoolnnCaseload: Mixed caseload, size is still TBDnnAs an Occupational Therapist, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering students’ success by helping them develop and enhance essential functional skills. Your expertise will empower students to achieve greater independence and confidence in their school environment.nnKey Responsibilities:nnDevelop and implement occupational therapy programs aligned with the school district’s mission and goals.nnAssess and monitor students with disabilities, creating personalized interventions and transition plans.nnPartner with teachers and school staff to build a shared understanding of students’ strengths and needs.nnConduct evaluations, create comprehensive occupational profiles, and provide data-driven recommendations.nnDeliver targeted interventions to support students’ participation and performance in educational activities.nnRecommend and guide the use of assistive technologies and adaptive tools to promote accessibility.nnMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.nnOther duties as assigned.nnWhat You’ll Bring to the Role:nnMaster’s Degree in Occupational TherapynnActive Illinois Occupational Therapy LicensennPrior school-based experience (preferred, but not required)nnA passion for helping students achieve their fullest potentialnnWhy Join AnthroMed Education?nnAt AnthroMed, you’ll be part of a team that values your work, supports your growth, and celebrates your success.
