THE FORUM is recruiting for a hospitality focused Central Supply to join our team!
The Central Supply Coordinator is responsible for accurately placing purchase orders with suppliers, maintaining accurate estimated time of arrival(ETA) dates, providing proof of deliveries, and ensuring appropriate levels of stock for the Healthcare Center. The Central Supply Coordinator will support other team members in Skilled Nursing by processing Capital/Reserve requests.
Employment Status : Full Time
Salary Range: $22.00- $30.00

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a CENTRAL SUPPLY: Accurately process purchase orders in a timely and effective manner for Healthcare Center.
Scan charges, maintain charge label books, manage checkbook.
Accurately process Capital/Reserve requests and support each department on necessary bids/business case necessary for submission to Controller.
Ensure reconciliation of delivery of items purchased with invoices.
Manage inventory for Healthcare Center and Plant Operations including par levels.
Maintain accurate ETA dates for open orders.
Work with Accounting to reconcile invoice variances.
Receive and stock all purchased items.
Manage Checkbook as it pertains to Inventory for Healthcare Center
Other duties and projects as requested by DON.
Monitors, reports regularly and follows-up on inventory/purchasing related issues to Medical Records Supervisor
Review clock in and out by staff and assist with exceptions.
Assist SNF with QAPI meeting and maintaining power point for the report. Take minutes, prepare power point, prepare room, arrange for meal, email reminders to participants.
Schedule equipment to have scheduled calibration and maintenance (oxygen concentrators, feeding pumps, air mattress and pumps, etc.)
Order and monitor oxygen room.
Calculate daily NHPPD using forms 612, 530, payroll records on a daily basis and maintain binder.
Compare Daily Staffing schedule to timecard summary report. submit to payroll any necessary exception requests based on discrepancies.
On a daily basis update census information on the census report. Maintain all files for paperwork related to nursing staffing, scheduling, absences, exceptions, etc.
Maintain daily assignment sheet for nursing staff to ensure completion.
Maintain wander guard alarm log.
Assist with monthly variance reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: A.A. degree in accounting or related field preferred with one year of related procurement experience. Or minimum 1-year related experience with no college degree. Prefer Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.)
One year minimum experience with inventory management systems including bar code scanning.
Good negotiating skills
