The Day Habilitation Program serves adults ages 22 and over with developmental disabilities to engage in therapeutic and recreational programming. The LPN provides daily nursing services including medication administration, g-tube feeding administration, first aid, and more. This is a full time position with daytime weekday hours- no weekends or major holidays. $5,000 sign on bonus and generous benefits offered. New graduates welcome.nnAre you ready to make a difference?nnMinimum Education RequirednnHigh School Diploma/GEDnnShiftnnFirst ShiftnnAdditional Shift DetailsnnMonday-Friday 8a-3p (flexible)nnResponsibilitiesnnResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:nnAdminister prescribed medication as necessary.nnConsult with Team Leaders, Case Managers, Skills Instructors, Aids and other essential individuals on a day-to-day basis to share any pertinent medical information.nnMonitor recommendations in conjunction with the comprehensive written therapeutic service plan (DHSP/ISP) process and the interdisciplinary team. Provide daily nursing notes and monthly summaries as necessary.
