POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinating designated functions is essential to the operations of the University Health Volunteer Program. Is responsible for volunteer engagement efforts through recruitment, onboarding, retention, and recognition. Responsible for developing and maintaining connections with community partners and with internal departments. Provides onboarding and training efforts. Conducts audits in a timely manner and develops metrics. Participate in volunteer projects, events, and activities. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required. Two (2) years recent experience in community outreach/volunteering, recruiting, training, or a related field. PC and Windows experience, including Windows Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint, are required. Knowledge of databases Sign Up, Volgistics, and Group One is preferred. Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish). LICENSURE Certification in Volunteer Administration (CVA) is preferred. Maintains a valid driver’s license.
