Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns for privately-held clients. Provide tax planning and advisory services to optimize clients' tax positions. Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Lead tax team to develop solutions for tax issues and provide insights on tax strategies. Stay current on tax laws and regulations, and communicate changes to clients. Manage and develop junior staff in their professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred. 5 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance, preferably with privately-held clients. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
