Associate Attorney Our client, a respected law firm specializing in employment law, is seeking a Employment Attorney to join their dynamic team. This role offers a fully remote work arrangement and provides all necessary office equipment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a high-volume caseload and possess a strong foundation in litigation, particularly in employment law. This is a partner-track opportunity for a motivated attorney seeking professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a caseload of 45-60 employment law cases. Draft and review pleadings, motions, and complaints with precision and attention to detail. Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to clients on employment law matters. Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as necessary. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure effective case strategy and resolution. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of employment law developments to advise clients effectively. Qualifications: Bar licensed in New York or Connecticut, in good standing Minimum 2 years of legal experience, with at least 1 year of litigation experience in plaintiff-side employment law (defense-side experience will also be considered). Proven ability to handle basic pleadings, motions, and complaints independently. Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Benefits: Fully remotework arrangement with office equipment provided.
