General Contractor seeking a Traveling Superintendent for Light Industrial, K-12, Retail type projects. Long term opportunity/ can start immediately Client Details Reputable, General Contractor with a steady pipeline on project including but not limited to light industrial, retail, multi-family, healthcare, hospitality and more. Competitive base salary plus per diem and excellent benefits Description Traveling Superintendent Duties: Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met Ability to predict and overcome project challenges Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work Maintain OSHA requirements Mentor less experienced construction professionals Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc. Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors Utilize Procore Travel required Profile Qualified Traveling Superintendent qualifications: Ground Up Commercial construction Project Experience.
