Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to join our team to oversee commercial projects primarily focused on structural steel and concrete construction. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of superintendent experience, including significant multistory commercial and multifamily project experience. This initial project, expected to last one year, will serve as a stepping stone to more multistory commercial opportunities within our portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all on-site activities for complex, multistory commercial and multifamily construction projects, starting with a year-long $20M MF structural steel and concrete build. Ensure quality standards, schedules, and budgets are met while maintaining high levels of safety and productivity. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to align project objectives and expectations. Act as a mentor, helping to promote and nurture internal talent. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $110,000 - $140,000, based on experience. Bonus: 12.5% of annual base salary. Health Insurance: 100% premium coverage for the employee Vacation: Two weeks paid. Vehicle Allowance: $850 per month, including fuel and oil changes. Phone: Company-provided or monthly phone allowance. Continuing Education: Full reimbursement for pre-approved, job-related courses. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience as a commercial lead superintendent, specifically with multifamily projects valued at $20M or higher. Strong background in structural steel and concrete projects; experience with no-wood builds is essential. Familiar with overseeing multistory commercial developments.
