What You'll Do: Review blueprints, specifications, and related documents to prepare estimates. Attend pre-bid walkthroughs when necessary. Interpret painting, fireproofing, and floor coating scopes and perform takeoffs using specialized software. Generate detailed proposals based on project scope and client needs. Maintain bid follow-up lists and ensure timely tracking. Review material specifications and source pricing from vendors. What You'll Have: 2 years of experience in blueprint estimating or relevant industry experience. Proficiency with takeoff software. Strong PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications. Reliable and eager to learn. Strong ability to read blueprints and perform takeoffs. A team player with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Why Join Their Team?
