If so, we want to hear from you A well-established Mechanical Contractor is seeking an experienced Piping Project Manager to manage and deliver exceptional results. Project types include Heavy Commercial, Industrial, Hospitals, and Manufacturing facilities. RESPONSIBILITES Lead and manage multiple piping projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with union crews, foremen, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration. Implement and enforce quality control and safety procedures on job sites. Review and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts to guide project execution. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Resolve issues and challenges during project execution promptly and effectively. QUALIFICATIONS 10 years of experience in project management within Commercial and Industrial settings Knowledge and experience with piping for Mechanical/HVAC and plumbing systems. Exceptional cost control, estimating, and financial oversight skills. Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects Strong understanding of piping systems and mechanical processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, team members, and vendors. Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance conflicting priorities.
