Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in residential land development. Proven experience in plot planning, grading, and land preparation for residential construction. Strong knowledge of working with engineers, surveyors, and construction teams. Proficient in Bluebeam and other relevant software tools. Ability to read and understand blueprints, manage stormwater flow, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Manage the process of preparing land for residential construction, including tree removal, grading, and plot planning. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and surveyors to create a design plan for the residential community Oversee the entire construction process from land development to home placement, ensuring quality and timely project completion. Securing permits and approvals from local government agencies and ensuring that the development project complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure that the project is completed within its defined parameters.
