Senior Superintendent – Healthcare Construction Location: Nashville Metro Area Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 per year Benefits: Full Benefits Package, Flexible PTO, 401(k) Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Superintendent with a proven background in managing ground-up healthcare and medical construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, timely, and safe construction outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of healthcare and medical construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. Manage daily onsite operations to ensure project schedules, budgets, and safety standards are met or exceeded. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain communication and resolve project challenges. Monitor and enforce compliance with healthcare construction standards, regulations, and best practices. Supervise, mentor, and lead field staff and subcontractors to maintain a productive and positive job site environment. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure quality control, schedule adherence, and progress reporting. Implement and maintain strict safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment. Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to optimize workflow. Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and site logs. Qualifications: 10 years of experience as a superintendent, with a focus on ground-up healthcare and medical facility construction. Comprehensive understanding of healthcare construction standards. Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and codes. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
