Office Manager Office Manager Description: A large, diversified, and reputable company in the Agriculture industry is currently in need of an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be a strongly detail-oriented individual who has the ability to keep up in a fast paced environment. The job itself will mostly be a Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 type schedule, with some additional harvest season hours available to keep yourself from getting behind. Office Manager Responsibilities: This role will not have any direct reports, but will work closely with upper management and the Controller Facilitation and oversight of commodity accounting and quality assurance processes including scale operations, contract management, ticket entry, accounts payable, freight entry and verification, and commodity inventory Oversight of cattle accounting processes including all movement transactions, medicine inventory, and breakevens Assisting the Yard Manager and employees with computer work, projects, and reporting Office Manager Requirements: High attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to do accurate, consistent, and timely work Effective communicator Understanding of confidentiality within certain aspects of the role Strong task/goal completion mentality Please submit a resume for consideration.
