Little Fatty is looking for an exceptional Floor Supervisor! The floor supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Front of the House from managing/assisting the floor, overseeing team members, and ensuring guest experience.
Floor manager will assist the General Manager(s) in running the establishment.
Minimal to no administrative work required.
We ask that your attention to detail and guest forward culture is presented on the floor. 
This is a part-time position. Expected hours per week: 20

This position is ideal for a candidate who is looking to learn and grow within the company while cultivating high volume leadership skills.

The candidate we are looking for will have the following:

-Minimum 2 years restaurant management/shift lead experience

-Impeccable attention to detail, cleanliness, and health department standards

-Ability to communicate between upper management and front of house staff

-Hands-on leader -- we are in the trenches WITH our team

-Someone who brings ideas and solutions. Help develop systems and procedures that work for our restaurant and bar

-Must have empathy and an ability to read the room

Responsibilities include:

• Making sure service runs smoothly, dealing with guest issues, ensure staffing needs and changes are addressed. Dealing with emergencies in the restaurant calmly, quickly, and attentively
• Helping to establish systems and procedures for FOH team members
• Helping oversee equipment maintenance and overall cleanliness/upkeep of the restaurant
• Managing reservation systems
• Managing online ordering systems
• Accounting for daily petty cash and drawers used for service
• Leading by example — looking the part and demonstrating exemplary service 
• Coordinating with upper management on the day-to-day operations and restaurant goals
