Clean Harbors is seeking a Class B CDL Driver to operate light and heavy-duty trucks and work equipment at our customer sites. You will drive various vehicles, including Vacuum Trailers, roll-off trailers, van trailers, box trucks, and high-powered vacuum loaders. This role involves driving and non-driving duties associated with hazardous waste clean-up.

As a Class B CDL Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Prioritizing health and safety by adhering to all work practices, policies, and procedures.
- Operating commercial trucks and supporting field laborers as part of a team.
- Loading and unloading trucks efficiently.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction during service.
- Properly displaying vehicle placards to meet company and DOT regulations.
- Maintaining daily logs, time sheets, and various reports.
- Complying with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Safely navigating vehicles according to U.S. DOT regulations and company guidelines.
- Following all company environmental health and safety protocols.
- Handling additional assigned duties as needed.
- Being available for emergency response on a rotating weekly basis.
- Participating in site remediation and equipment decontamination while handling hazardous materials.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class B CDL.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission.
- Must obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment.
- Familiarity with various mobile devices.
- Capability to perform physical functions as required by the job.
- Must comply with OSHA's Respiratory Protection Standard regarding facial hair standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial driving experience.
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
- Previous hazmat handling experience.
- Previous manual labor experience.
