Job Summary: The Driver Pay Processor is responsible to prepare and process weekly documentation from drivers to be submitted to the payroll department.
Essential Job Functions: Audits all driver paperwork and trip information against dispatch for payroll purposes
Audits all trip documents for billing, fuel tax, payroll, and compliance purposes
Posts all driver pay, including but not limited to the following: mileage pay, miscellaneous pay for trips, hourly and/or daily pay, any other special pay
Maintains confidentiality regarding wage and other sensitive information
Audits payroll information weekly to ensure accuracy before finalizing
Interprets and implements company policies regarding driver pay
Communicate professionally with drivers, locations, and departments regarding policies, training, paperwork, and addresses pay-related queries or other documentation needs
Assists other departments in locating paperwork, auditing, research, and contacting drivers
Assists with the indexing/scanning departmental duties when needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license in state of residency with acceptable driving record
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and submit to the company random drug and alcohol program
Proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel, 10 key, and Google Workspace
Ability to make quick, correct calculations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines
Discretion to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Preferred: Previous experience in customer service, administration, or payroll
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Work Environment: The duties of this job are performed primarily in an office environment and occasionally, in a commercial motor vehicle terminal operations environment thereby experiencing some minor to moderate level of noise due to office/CMV equipment. Exposure to various climate conditions, fumes, dust, odors, oil/grease, and gasses.
