We are looking for Shipping/Receiving Admin Clerk for Burlington location.Candidate should be able to perform following duties:-Coordinate and schedule outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.-Oversee the receipt of incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and inspecting for damage.-Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.-Generate and distribute shipping, receiving, and inventory reports.-Communicate with various departments, vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues.-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Characteristics:-Works well under pressue; does not get overwhelmed easily, fast paced environment.-Takes charge and gets things done, no excuses.-Takes accountability.-Team player-Eager to learn-Good communication with team and customers/drivers.-Flexible-Zeal to work-High attention to details-last point of contact-Computer efficiency; Microsoft Office (Excel,word,email); SAP Systems.
Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or related field preferred.-At least 2 years experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics administration.-Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and documentation.-Proficiency in inventory management systems.-Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.-Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks.-Counter Balance Propane forklift experience would be an added advantage.
