The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities and complete all training requirements including:Dairy Queen Front of House Development PlanHands-on stations trainingProvide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guestsPromptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leaveMaintain awareness of current promotionsExplain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional itemsEnthusiastically represent the Dairy Queen brandAccurately complete orders and guest transactionsEnter guest orders accurately into the point of sale systemAccept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receiptsHandle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately
