We are looking for Dispatcher/Load Planner, as he or she assists with all aspects of our advanced dispatch processes, which ensures fast and efficient transportation of goods of our customers.MAIN DUTIES:The Logistics Coordinator/Planner should be able to:> Experience working on Transplus is an asset Communicate effectively and professionally with> Book loads using load boards and assign to drivers> Schedule and dispatch drivers to pick up and deliver loads to and from customers> Coordinate and modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers> Maintain high compliance to dispatch standards and operating procedures> Analyze transportation planning opportunities to reduce transportation cost> Ensure proper placement of trailer pool to support customer’s daily requirement while maintaining costOwner / Manager, Supervisor, and Truck Drivers, as well as customers and other stakeholders encountered> Demonstrate strong English verbal and written skills, especially confident telephone skills> Manage time, multi-task, and prioritize tasks while working in a fast-paced environment> Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and be an effective team player
