Client Details We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Construction Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up construction. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the on-site management of Affordable Housing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Description Assist the Superintendent in managing daily on-site construction operations. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient work flows. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, schedules, and safety protocols. Conduct routine site inspections to monitor progress and quality. Support problem-solving efforts to address on-site challenges promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Profile 3 years of experience in construction, with a focus on ground-up projects. Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and NYC building regulations. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Passion for contributing to community-focused projects. Experience in Affordable Housing construction is highly desirable.
