Description Oversee and manage the logistics for international entertainment projects, mainly live events, ensuring smooth operations in multiple countries with a focus on one country. Develop and implement operational plans to meet customer expectations, covering logistics, legal aspects, routes, resources, insurance, and vendor agreements. Ensure efficient handling of transportation, delivery, storage, costs, and distribution, coordinating shipments and managing vendor contacts for timely delivery. Analyze performance metrics to identify improvements and adjust operational strategies, maintaining regular discussions with the team. Handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines, resolving issues promptly and creatively to meet time lines. Negotiate and finalize contracts with key vendors, securing optimal service and pricing. Lead and mentor a team, including remote members, supporting their professional growth and managing administrative tasks. Allocate resources proactively to meet customer demands, driving team development and succession planning. Serve as a communication liaison between countries, customers, and providers, ensuring clear and effective interactions, and organizing weekly team meetings.
