Description Manage daily site operations and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets. Supervise subcontractors and maintain quality control on all aspects of construction. Monitor safety standards and enforce compliance on-site. Collaborate with Project Managers and architects to resolve challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Profile Experience: 5 years as a Superintendent in high-end residential renovations and ground-up construction. Project Background: Primary: High-end custom home renovations. Secondary: Ground-up residential construction. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of construction processes and Procore proficiency. Personality: Organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator. Location: Must be able to commute to Hopkinton and Boston for current and future projects. Job Offer Salary: Up to $110K.
