The Superintendent will oversee high-end residential renovation projects, primarily in Boston. This is a 5-day, on-site role ideal for candidates with 5 years of experience supervising custom home renovations and a hands-on approach to construction management. Known for its strong company culture and long-tenured employees, the firm specializes in high-end residential renovations ranging from $1M-$9M. Their projects are located primarily in Boston and the surrounding suburbs. With a focus on professional development and a flat organizational structure, our client is a leader in the competitive custom home market. Description Manage daily site operations and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets. Supervise subcontractors and maintain quality control on all aspects of construction. Monitor safety standards and enforce compliance on-site. Collaborate with Project Managers and architects to resolve challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Profile Experience: 5 years as a Superintendent in high-end residential renovations and ground-up construction. Project Background: Primary: High-end custom home renovations. Secondary: Ground-up residential construction. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of construction processes and Procore proficiency. Personality: Organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator. Location: Must be able to commute to Hopkinton and Boston for current and future projects. Job Offer Salary: Up to $110K. Benefits: Healthcare: 50% employer-paid. 401(k): 100% match up to 3%, 50% match on the next 3% (total up to 4% match). Mileage and phone reimbursement ($100/month).
