The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and possess a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Preparing probate estate and trust administration documentation. Preparing trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, deeds, and related documentation. Communicating with clients regarding trust and probate estate administration processes. Communications with clients, court personnel, and other third-parties Educating clients on the estate planning process, probate procedures, and other legal matters related to their specific situation. Qualifications and Skills: 5 years of experience with an estate planning and probate/estate administration.
