Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Quality Engineer near the Perrysburg OH area. Key Responsibilities: Apply Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methods and oversee the development and maintenance of APQP, PPAP, and QMS documentation. Lead cross-functional teams to develop Corrective and Preventive Actions for customers, suppliers, and production. Create and maintain quality inspection instructions, reports, and quality alerts. Drive continuous improvement efforts, including lean manufacturing, error-proofing processes, and resolving production concerns. Use statistical methods to determine quality improvement parameters relevant to manufacturing processes. Qualifications: Experience in automotive manufacturing is required. Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and quality management systems. Proven ability to lead teams and implement quality improvement strategies.
