Job Posting: Commercial Account Manager We’re looking for a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit team going into the new year. This role is ideal for someone skilled in managing client relationships, providing excellent service, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients Provide exceptional service to address client needs and inquiries Actively manage renewals and policy changes to ensure satisfaction Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts Assist in developing new business through referrals and networking Partner with clients to understand and meet their insurance needs Requirements: Strong knowledge of general commercial lines Hold a valid Property & Casualty State Insurance License Servicing a book of business - answering client questions, marketing, renewals, policy changes, etc. Client facing position - strong customer service skills Familiarity with EPIC is a plus.
