Requirements:

• Board Certified Neurological Surgery
• Active CO license - Required for January dates
• Active CO License - Required or IMLC (LOQ at time of submission) - June dates only
• Candidate must be available for the Jan stint to be considered for ongoing dates.
• Must state # of shifts per month to offer ongoing
• Completion of Neurosurgical residency
• Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date
• Clean Malpractice/background
