Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in driving a world class and best in category bar operation
• Work closely with the General Manager and Head Bartender on new menu development and roll out
• Continue to grow, develop and train a high-performance team
• Scheduling and monitoring daily staff
• Be an ambassador and champion of team culture and guest experience
• Open and Close of business including but not limited to delegation of tasks/positions, cash reconciliation, tip-pool reconciliation and reporting
• Ensure venue ambience and presentation are aligned with it's conceptual vision
• Maintain DOH and SLA compliance at all times
• Connect and collaborate with all members of the Peachy's leadership team on all operations

Peachy’s is inspired by a mashup of the Peach Blossom Gardens of Ancient Chinese Mythology and the streets of Blade Runner. Our cocktails mirror the vibrant space in both flavors and colors.
