Title: Sourcing Recruiter
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Seattle WA prioritized, open to Austin and New York City
Onsite Requirement: 5 days/week onsite
Pay Rate: $40-50/hr
Must Haves:
- 2-4+ years of technical agency and corporate recruiting experience specifically targeting technical and sales roles like Software Engineers, Account Executives, Account Managers etc.
- Ability to create and perform Boolean searches and execute other creative sourcing strategies
- CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidate pipelines
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
- Experience working with passive candidates
Day to day:
An employer is hiring for a strong Technical Sourcer. This individual will be supporting the Advertising/ IMDb organization and will be sourcing specifically for Software Engineers, Account Executives, Account Managers internally. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment with the ability to roll up their sleeves and work hard to complete the tasks at hand. The team is searching for an individual with a strong technical sourcing corporate or agency background focused on tech and sales recruiting who possess the capability to generate creative Boolean searches from scratch, is savvy in candidate generation, and who demonstrates the aptitude to manage processes/pipelines and systems effectively.
