The Brokerage Account Manager (BAM) will be responsible for the growth of assigned brokerage accounts. In addition, they will identify new brokerage opportunities using various prospecting sources (professional network, database mining, cold calling, etc.). The BAM will actively promote Groupe Robert’s 3PL and intermodal transportation services. They will seek out cross-selling opportunities. The BAM will work in collaboration with the sales team to ensure the establishment and development of Groupe Robert’s client relationships.

- You will also be given objectives to achieve so that the company accomplishes the actions of the strategic plan.
- These responsibilities and objectives will be validated and measured throughout the year by performance indicators during ad hoc meetings with your superior as well as during the annual performance evaluation.

Experience:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Experience with CRM / TMS
- 2 years + experience and knowledge of North America OTR and logistics
