Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer at DV8 Energy Inc. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, preparing financial statements, financial reporting, and utilizing analytical skills to support decision-making processes within the organization.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning and Financial Statements expertise
• Strong analytical skills in Finance
• Financial Reporting proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in the Energy sector is a plus
• Certifications such as CPA or CFA are beneficial
• Cross-Border Experience USA/Canada
• Interface with Accounting Firms in both Canada and the USA supporting the business
• Contribute financial perspective to strategic planning discussions
• Spearhead the automation of accounting workflows and the implementation of a new ERP system as the company transitions away from its early accounting systems.
