Job Overview:
Natures Formulae is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in fostering client relationships, managing sales processes, client administration and driving customer satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in coordinating all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Manage and update customer data in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and follow-up materials.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, both virtual and in-person, including preparation of agendas and follow-up actions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing them with updates on product trends, new offerings, and potential opportunities.
- Visit the client at their offices and work with them to bring new products to light and consult on how to maximize their effectiveness
Sales Process Enhancement:
- Implement and maintain efficient sales processes, including lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
- Support the sales team in shifting towards a consultative sales model by providing insights and data from customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales materials are up-to-date and aligned with customer expectations.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage the internal communication with R&D, productions, quality, warehousing and the stakeholders required in bringing every formulation to market.
- Act as the customers advocated internally to ensure timely delivery of manufactured products
- Handle logistics for sales team travel, product demonstrations, or customer visits.
- Assist in compiling sales reports, analyzing data, and preparing insights for performance reviews and strategy meetings.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with product development, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and special projects.
- Track project timelines related to sales commitments, ensuring all internal teams meet client expectations on time.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role within a sales environment.
- Experience with CRM software and familiarity with sales process tools.
- Retail store experience is preferred
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a consultative mindset.
